EDUCATION / HEALTH CARE / INSTITUTIONAL:

Environmental Support Complex, Shaw Nature Reserve:

A three building complex consiting of staff office space with horticulture and maintenance support facilities. Construction documents are currently in progress. We are pursuing a USGBC LEED Silver Rating on this project. 
Maintenance Offices:  Conversion of an historic maintenance 
building and greenhouse boiler plant into staff offices and workshops
Vehicle Storage Building:  New storage facility for equipment and vehicles
displaced by the Maintenance Office construction
Education Center:  Addition to an existing educational staff office building
Horticulture Facility:  Renovation of an existing greenhouse headhouse,
and new greenhouses

Incyte Pharmaceuticals:
Conversion of an existing commercial building into a genetics research and 
production facility  (as a subcontractor to Christner, Inc.)

Dana Brown Overnight Center, Shaw Nature Reserve:
A six building complex where school groups can live in and learn about the natural world. 
Student Cabins:   Four bunk houses constructed from relocated  historic log cabins
